      You're working for Samsung. Great people.

      Cons

      Very poor salary. No perks except discount on products. No genuine care for work-life balance. HQ will question and chase you for everything. Korean military inspired culture is imbedded into the Company.

      There's some incredibly talented people here, and huge untapped opportunities.

      Cons

      Those opportunities will remain untapped until someone can dismantle the commercial focus of the business. Senior leadership only care about their bonuses. There is no brand, and no marketing craft, it is either "vanity" projects or deployment of collateral supplied by Korean headquarters.
