      Pros

      There's some incredibly talented people here, and huge untapped opportunities.

      Cons

      Those opportunities will remain untapped until someone can dismantle the commercial focus of the business. Senior leadership only care about their bonuses. There is no brand, and no marketing craft, it is either "vanity" projects or deployment of collateral supplied by Korean headquarters.

      The salary is competitive, and so the bonuses, cause it's the only way to keep you in.

      Cons

      Despite a multinational environment, there's a complete lack of organization. All decision making is based on short term vision by an army of yes-mes, completerly aligned to any korean guideline. Complete lack of work-life balance and even personal respect. 50% of the job is data reporting to HQ or reply to silly question preparing useless PPTs. You have to always watch your back from colleagues. Made-dominated sexist management. Consumer electronics market is shrinking and everything will become even more difficult and stressfull.
