      exposure, competitive pay, generous business travel

      Cons

      culturally the most difficult workplace i've ever encountered. beyond the usual red-tape and nativist glass ceiling one expects of a chaebol, there's also the backward IT systems that famously rob you an entire day's worth of work. leadership lacks vision, most are coasting into retirement or waiting to be sent back to HQ. morale throughout the region is very low. HR has the highest attrition rate of any department, which says a lot. dead end career path.
