Pros
I could say the salary but you cannot be paid enough for working with this kind of employer.
Cons
Working extra hours and days just because the management says so, the employee does not have identity, low, very low people skills, big pressure because you can be fired due to the fact that the manager doesn't like you. Sometimes you have the feeling that you are not a humanbeing. As an employee your experience does not count. I do not have enough space to write the entire review.
