Pros
The benefits are alright, good health insurance and access to Bookster. Salaries are on the market, too, though they could be better (and I am talking here about the Shared Services Center)
Cons
Outdated technology - got a used laptop that was pretty slow and ran on Win 7 (yes, in 2018). Got a used phone and was told that if I wanted headphones, they could disinfect a pair for me. The attitude of the managers was really bad - even with little experience, they were not open to make things (or themselves) better, even if the people they had on their teams had a lot more work experience. Micromanaging was the law and it cost a lot of people their efficiency and productiveness. Was promised a ‘flexible’ work schedule, but was actually forced to work 9 to 5 in the end. Not doing overtime was frowned upon, even if you’d finished your duties for the day. Hiring overqualified people for the wrong jobs - or promising things in the interviews that are not happening. Not allowing workers to move between teams if that is what they want.
