- Salary is much lower than what the industry offers - Poor management, they simply do not care for giving objectives or explaining the impact of work being done. Things are simply threw at you from Korea and deadlines are usually rushed - A lot of language barrier, most managers are Koreans and the important documents are all in Korean. If you don't speak Korean, you don't get included in important meetings, or you simply receive important documents that you cannot understand - Some of the staff are unprofessional, rude and have poor attitude towards new colleagues, making newcomers feeling unwelcome - Management simply does not step in when issues arise or problems are reported, but micro-manage unimportant tasks - Extreme amounts of red tape, things will take a long time to get done

Unrealistic expectations, executive management that doesn't care about employee well-being, tolerant of unethical behavior.
