      Polite, calm culture, a lot of good people, ambitious culture,

      Cons

      Usual problems of a large company made worse for people at US site by Korea-centric leadership attitude. Silo-ed, very complicated corporate structure, hard to communicate, variable quality management - can be quite ineffective. Many people wonder why the great success when they look around them and see what's done that they can see. Somehow, enough works somewhere for the company to succeed.

      Competitive package, good location, opportunity to learn various aspects of the business.

      Cons

      Samsung Australia is largely dominated by former Sony employees. If you are not a part of that group little chance of playing any significant role. Consequent favouritism. No life-and-work balance as a cherry on the top.
