      - It is a good name on your CV - Able to learn passing the buck perfectly

      Cons

      - Political and boss-oriented evironment - Highly top-down management style - Sales-oriented: do whatever you can to push sales - Terrible HR: focus on cutting wages & headcount, don't understand how the business operates - Stupid year-end evaluation (bell-curved style): someone in the team (usually staff levels, or people who are not sucked up with their boss) MUST be evaluated as 4 & 5 (bad & extremely bad), then get kicked out/ no increase in salary (if still stay), even they are not doing any wrong and still over qualified for the job.
