      Micromanaging Every Move, if you complain to HR about management you will be out within 2 month seen several time . Not good for woman, different kind of abuse. No human touch they want you work as a robot.

      Pros

      Worked in the New Zealand business. Great local people at working level. Very exciting company to be part of because of all the new products that are on the cutting edge that are continually being released.

      Cons

      Local New Zealand office Korean MD runs office like the military. Dictatorial style. Not open to opinions that do not reinforce his own and has a massive ego.

      household name, good retail/product marketing experience, pay, vacation days

      Cons

      All business decisions come from mother ship in S. Korea. Soul-less, no personality, no fun, sterile environment, sterile people, good old boys network, spend tons of time on things that do no really matter and dont move the needle, very executional and tactical vs using your brain and data to make strategic decisions.
