      Pros

      Office atmosphere is very friendly, pretty good bonuses is a plus, lunch compensation is fine enough. In a whole Samsung is a great place to work.

      Cons

      Challenge is to work with korean peolpe, their culture and work attitude is quite different from ours, it is hard to work when you don't khow what are you doing and what for. In most case they don't explain it and change their decisions very often.

      Time management is very important as someone to work here and someone has to bare to work under pressure as an engineer needs the desire and mindset as to think out the box and always looks beyond the limit.
