      Pros

      The income is good for the fresh staff, for the experienced staff, it can be almost equivalent to the good companies.

      Cons

      1. Too long working hours with low efficiency. 2. Very poor planning, procedures, process' and documentations. 3. This is not really international company, if you do not know Korean, it seems like you are an outsider, not the team member.
