Bullying is rife in some departments - poor management Korean working culture permeates the place and it is quite toxic - high people churn out Overly agressive deadlines and demns make for a very stressful environment Long hours and micromanagement Rigidity and to down hierarchy and ranks - pretty much run like an army Frustrating Processes and systems bog down people doing their work

Ridiculous management all composed by korean people. If you're not korean forget to get promotions. Endless and countless meeting on the same subject without any decision; after 2 minutes of English the meeting language is automatically switched to korean regardless of the non Koreans participants. Informations are not shared, no activity plan. Korean culture is a heavy presence inside the company which oftenly leads to mobbing cases considering western laws and culture. No respect towards employees. Very Poor work life balance, you will be called during the weekend or holidays
