      Pros

      Salary, Free Transportation and Food. Big Brand Name - Will look good on your resume. Leader in the Mobile & Costumer electronics space.

      Cons

      No Value or Importance given to Employees, Management does not care about your Career, Very Political Environment.. HR especially is horrible - Will Screw up your Life and career -- Be Careful of Sudheer Gowda & the MD. They act and expect you to act as slaves to the Koreans (Samsung is a Korean company)

      Pros

      Competitive salary and benefits, location easy to access, large company so all expected systems are in place. Overall an ok place to work.

      Cons

      Cultural differences mean overseas management doesn't listen to employees. There is a dictatorial management culture which demands long hours during frequent artificial crises. No training or career progression offered.

      Pros

      Product - depth and breadth of range, higher than avg. salaries (think of it as danger or hardship money), marketing $$$ to burn - and burn we do.

      Cons

      Executive management team unnecessarily agressive and unpleasant to work for. General lack of senior leadership. Inneffecient and over processed environment. Lack of basic collaboration, tools and intent, between groups and divisions. In some cases heads of division perceive each other to be the competition. Very high staff attrition.
