no direction from management, you need to belong to the pack to get recognised, internal HR processes are just on the paper, employee support does not exist, management has no people management skills at all, nobody takes responsibility it is being just pushed down, no progress perspectives, company changes career steps during the contract with no notice - you just find out when you get an alms promotion packet. no internal progress perspectives - employees are just replaced with new lot, Asian culture promoted - always wins, no matter what.
