Within the last 6 months, we have developed a standardized seniority policy to provide a more structured and clear career path for our employees. Also, we never exceed the limits when asking our employees to work on any project and task. We set only reasonable and realistic workloads for each of our employees, making sure they have both the available time and appropriate skills to provide with successful results.
