      Pros

      Many variable projects, annual performance reviews, opportunities for professional growth.

      Cons

      Low stability, low reliability. Long gaps between projects, no bench, no paid vacations, no seek days, only private equity. You assume all the risks. LMICs compensation level.

      Remote and flexible work, supportive and friendly teammates, and many interesting projects to learn from. The people are smart and great to work with. It’s a good place to grow and improve your skills.

      Fantastic Company to Work For
