      This place is a joke

      Pros

      Nothing good about this company, not sure if should be called a company. Please do not claim you are the biggest virtual company as this isn't true. Personally, had a negative experience . There is no space for growth even though they always have listings for hiring just pretty titles. People I worked with are nice as they all trying to make it work and need the job/paycheck. Please do not waste your time and talent with this company unless you have no other choice.

      Cons

      The biggest issue here is the CEO. Because this is a small company CEO is involved in everything. He acts like he owns the employees. His expectations are very high but pays extremely cheap. No wonder why they always hire people outside the U.S because of their financial situation and how are they willing to put up with anything.

      Pros

      Flexible time, every hour is payed Concurrent salary "Simple" management

      Cons

      A lot of people you should contact (~10-15 - hr, account, pm ), Need to support several project simultaneously to cover ~40h/week. It means that you need to talk with different people about different tasks in different project. Mostly project is wordpress. Without own willing you will be stuck in your career.

      Great company with great opportunities!

      Pros

      I've been in Scopic for 4 years and in that time, I had great opportunities to work with very stable projects, liable clients and pleasant colleagues. Also I had reliable cooperation with the management, PMs, POs, resources team, etc. The CEO of the company is very kind and responsible person, who knows how to appreciate a good worker.

      Cons

      Only more benefits like payed vacations, sick leaves, etc. It is totally flexible so you can take days off whenever you want, but you dont have any insurance unfortunately.
