- Flexible hours - A very talented, professional and friendly team - Interesting and challenging projects - Many different tools and technologies for use - Competitive salary (always received on time and with maximum accuracy) - Opportunities to grow and learn something new each and every day - Transparent communications - Awesome work environment

Cons

- Just as working at any remote company, it sometimes gets very hard to keep a work/life balance. - Sometimes it can get very stressful, given the high number of different kinds of tasks, the necessity of multitasking and managing to finish tasks within estimated time frames. However, with good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks according to their urgency, everything falls in its place.

- Scopic offers its employees full flexibility: I'm free to choose when and how much I would like to work and where from; - The projects are diverse, challenging and always interesting to work on; - The company offers good career growth opportunities; - This is an established company with a stable workload; - The colleagues I work with are all professionals and are great to be working with together.

Cons

- You will have to learn how to multitask (if you don't know) and how to cope with stress - the number of tasks you get can be big, but if you prioritize well, this shouldn't be an issue. - Your Work-Life balance might suffer if you don't know how to balance between those two.
