      - flexible schedule - feel free to try new technologies (it may depend on client of course) - in time payment - convenient days off/vacation policy - friendly and kindly staff

      Cons

      I've been working for Scopic for more than 5 years, and even after such a long term I can not find words that will describe any downsides.

      Overall a very pleasant experience

      Pros

      - 100% remote - flexible working hours - friendly colleagues - knowledgeable and skilled developers - one can gain an incredible amount of technical knowledge for someone without a tech background - no office politics

      Cons

      - communication can sometimes take longer than desired due to different timezones. This is not the company's fault but rather in the nature of working remotely.

      - Very organized system - Communication with co-workers easy and nice - Working whenever, wherever you want (very flexible) - The opportunity to be trained in different technologies. - Payment was always correct and in time
