I was working with very nice and supportive people. Most of the time colleagues were responsible and responsive, which is a vital aspect for a remote work. So it's a good place for working remotely.

Cons

As a project manager, it can be challenging to control all the work in remote environment.

At times, your working hours can stretch over the whole day, leaving you with less hours for private tasks.

I can't think of any, to be honest. You can be a part-time or a full-time employee. It is a quickly growing company
