      A great company that offers flexibility and ample growth opportunities

      Pros

      - Flexible working environment - Relatively flat organizational structure; greater opportunity to add value and for recognition, few politics - The company is still small enough to be agile and implement positive change quickly - Plenty of opportunity to try different roles within the company and learn new skills - Good internal tools (which are constantly being improved) to enable an effective remote working environment - Personable, flexible, hands on CEO who embraces change for continuous improvement - A great opportunity to meet and work with different cultures and people from across the globe - Working for a custom software development company means that there is constantly the opportunity to work with/learn about the latest technologies and to stay across industry trends

      Cons

      - Although not really a 'Con' as its the nature of being in a virtual company, but probably worth noting; working remotely can be a challenge if an individual isn't good at time management, self discipline, and prefers in-person professional relationships - No paid leave/benefits (that I was aware of), although rates/salaries are fair

      Good place to work if you need flexible hours

      Pros

      - Flexible hours - Work from home or anywhere - Competitive salary relative to my region (13$/h for middle) - Teammates. They could be from different part of the world. So it's good place to train English - Don't feel much pressure from management

      Cons

      I had performance reviews and rise once a year. Maybe that was only for me I don't know. Maybe would be better to make reviews at least 2 time a year but with lower increase in salary.

Of course we're always happy to talk to employees about their performance; unfortunately, with so many colleagues, it is just not practical to conduct performance reviews more frequently. But you can certainly count on annual performance reviews and raises for good performance. We look forward to continuing to grow with you.

      - Flexible working hours - A variety of projects and technologies to choose from - Paid trainings - Awesome people to work with

      Cons

      Sometimes working days went longer than expected, but I believe that's part of the remote working experience.
