The culture and work environment in Dublin is excellent, everyone is so nice and friendly, very positive place to work

Can work late hours, some internal politics, nothing major that you wouldn't get in other companies

Pros

1. They stand by what they say. People first means people first. 2. Super cooperative people all around 3. Everyone is super duper kind 4. Moulded themselves to the WFH culture and curated creative activities to ensure employees keep learning, engaging, and networking. 5. Amazing office space. 6. Not to brag, but I understood the true value of listening and understanding the customer here at ServiceNow. :)

1. Long and overwhelming onboarding training 2. Unstable processes (but could also be a pro)
