Extremely poor management. More focused to satisfy other managers than focus to the employees that report to them. Huge attrition rate.

Salary is good compared to my last company. Free lunch and drinks. Use of technology is growing.

Cons

No manager interaction, manager is not technical and offloads her work. No career or salary raise if you are not a favourite. No work from home

Poor communication and U.S. centric leadership. Dunning-Kruger effect evident in senior leaders. Attracts the brightest people but tells them what to do, rather than follow their advice, rate of attrition not surprising.
