Wokring in ServiceNow comes with exposure to trendy technologies and massive growth opportunities. Cpmnay offers good salary and other benifits like free food and great medical insurance.

Cons

Work Life balance can be better. Due to geographical distances, employees usually stay late for meetings and other discussions. Rest everything seems to be pretty great.

Managers seem to actually care about work-life balance, encouraged to grow, feel appreciated as a team member. Excellent onboarding experience.

Cons

ServiceNow is sometimes too big to get quick answers to questions related to IT and HR, so it requires some patience -- however this is not in all cases.
