Pros

- our technology is great - the company has huge potential for growth - our new CEO totally gets it

Cons

- the politics between product BUs are detrimental to the customer - HR does not really care about the rank and file employees - only about the trendy topics - the Solution Consulting organization is a train wreck

No one listens or assists when needed. Not a team culture, very self centered environment

Great Product,Technology, Shares, usually good offices

Cons

Too much internal politics ,especially in mid management level. This makes so many wrong people in the director or manager roles. Sometimes its not your skills that matter in this company. People stick around mainly due to the shares to get vested.
