Pros

- Company is very stable - Excellent Sales and marketing people driving the product's success - No layoffs culture

Cons

- Outdated tech stack; the skills you gain here don’t transfer well to other companies. - Too many layers of middle management (Sr. Managers, Directors, etc.), which creates unnecessary bureaucracy. - Office politics and favoritism are common. Ofcourse, this depends on the team, but it's seen across much of the organization.
