Pros

- Product is amazing and having the ability to interact with the product makes you feel very engaged. - The benefits are continuing to get better (401k match, parental leave, etc.)

Cons

- LOTS of layers of management - Leadership is a little narcissistic - Teams operate in silos

Pros

Super friendly people. But that could just be because my last employer's culture was the absolute worst. Smart people. Moving fast, if you want to do something, go for it.

Cons

Too many people want to make a name for themselves which leads to programs that have no legs to stand on. Not enough long time employees to fill in the knowledge gaps.
