Pros

ServiceNow is a high growth business, it's exciting to be here, change is constant, opportunity is everywhere, it's a great place to grow your career and capability, the company invests in its people and cares about their wellbeing, customers love our products.

Cons

the work is very full-on, with change being constant its the sort of company where you need to be comfortable with being uncomfortable, that doesn't suit everyone

Great people Good work life balance Unlimited vacay HR/Management does a good job protecting employees

Cons

Internal frameworks are full of bugs and you aren't allowed to use open source code (it is highly frowned upon & requires special dispensation) Backwards compatibility leads to a lot of legacy/dead code that you have to build on top of
