Pros

Its really great to see how well the company is doing and the CEO, Bill, has a great vision for the company. The value team is doing amazing work and really sets the company apart from its competitors.

Cons

FIRE DRILLS CONSTANTLY, which is fine on occasion, but when it is nonstop, it is exhausting. Also, there aren't many young people in this company. The Leadership has an "old-school" way of thinking which I was surprised about for a tech company in the Bay. I have also noticed that there are not many women leadership roles in the Value practice (not many = none).

IDC leadership is not at par with Global Leadership Lot of legacy processes and people resistant to change Many Directors operate unchecked and get away with unprofessional behavior
