Pros

A chance to work at a company where you actually feel you can make a difference, where you are recognized for doing so and rewarded appropriately.

Cons

The pros do come at a cost though and you will be online more than you will probably ever have been in other jobs but this is also because you feel part of the company!

Service Now is a great place to grow and learn new skills. The security team while there was top notch and filled with amazing level of talent.

Lack of annual performance increase - Bonus was your raise

The company environment is great. The employees are all nice people including the bosses. The learning on the company is great as well.
