Such rapid high growth - need more process and systems support, L&D, leadership training. Policies need to be revisited as we scale

Amazing platform and innovative teams. Great collaboration with highly motivated people. A lot of fun working with customers all over the world.

Cons

Travel. Always on the road. Internal leadership lacks vision or diversity. Very little culture diversity within in internal support teams.

Hyper growth stage, fast paced, requires a learners mindset and the desire to expand your skillset. Not really a con but not for those looking for a cushy role.
