Pros

Skilled and talented people to work with, if you positives a "drive" this is the place to be and you will be fully rewarded. The product is a real killer in the cloud business

Nothing comes to my mind, it's all a positive place to be

Pros

Company has great intelligent helpful people. Everyone is there to ensure the success of the company. The Senior management really believe in what they say about customer and quality. The company update is very candid and you can really ask any question you may have of the direction of company or really anything and you will get a truthful answer.

Cons

Some areas need more process and direction. But as a whole I think it is a great company, just hope they are not growing to fast.
