Pros

Stock options, potential for growth if the company gets its house in order internally. Must decide if it's a cloud company or ASP.

Cons

Dramatic changes in upper management over the past year resulted in 5 different teams all working in different directions on the same project. Too much reliance on using our own software internally as a matter of philosophy, even when the software wasn't ready.

great pay, flexibility, amazing working environment, everyone is helpful and team player attitude

Cons

lots of change but good change because of the growth of the business, there really are no cons in my opinion.
