Good compensation and benefits package and flexibility

Cons

Very toxic atmosphere I left due to this. Microaggressions and bullying. Many senior female leaders bullying their assistants hence turnover very quick. CEO always mentioned Zero redundancies but these are regular events but employees sign settlement agreements so these do not have to be marked as redundancies.

Decent salary and RSU refreshers every year

Cons

Benefits getting reduced every year. Company is extremely focused on growth, employee well-being is thrown under the bus. Yearly hikes have been reducing since last 3 years continuously.
