Type of work. Too much mismanagement Remote employees are seen as bad outlook. Work-life balance.

1. Many well-being days and great benefits 2. Work life balance is good 3. Interesting work with no micromanaging

Cons

1. Lack of people of people of color and women/non-binary/trans colleagues 2. Very little guidance work training (have to figure most things out by yourself which can be tough when you’re early in career)
