Pros

* Good work life balance (depending on what part of the business you're in) * Opportunity for growth - I've seen many people move up the ranks internally. For better or worse, much of the management of SN is internal.

Cons

* Some politics that are probably typical of a growing company * Aging technical infrastructure - no real opportunities to work with the latest and greatest tech

Good salary, and employee benefits

Cons

Compensation plans are very unfair, the management are very poor in terms of leadership, diversity and strategy, and they create a culture of harrasment and no women in sales management in Spain. Not open and good environment. They didn't accept other opinions.
