Pros

Great organisation with strong market presence. Sales, SC, and product orgs are mature and benefited from outstanding leadership.

Cons

Some sub-orgs are highly toxic. Security especially. Bad hires breed bad hires. Bullies hire bullies to validate their own poor behavior. Internal conflict and turf-wars are rife. Lots of great people around but lacking leadership that inspires followership rather than fear.

Good Benefits Experienced but Young team

Cons

During my period, Everyone concern only about themselves. No concrete support provided to new joiner. Politic is really strong and please Expect to be thrown under the Bus on day one without any guidance. It is a company with awesome growth but unfortunately leadership and mid level is really bad.
