Pros

EMEA staff are good to work with

Cons

A Voice engineer got sacked and paid off a 6 figure salary and I (with no experience with this field) had to take his role. They had 13 Voice engineers in America and put a Network Engineer in EMEA to be oncall for the Voice team Had to miss a family funeral because my manager needed to put a meeting on a Friday evening to look after his friends in America. Cost me thousands in fees and couldn't make my flight in my personal time. The oncall rota was purposely changed so I was oncall during the xmas period so the manager and his friends can have xmas off Sworn at by the project managers, but my manager took sides of the PM No diversity in the Amsterdam office. A toxic company to work for

Pros

Company is performing well. Very good place to learn. Working culture is very good. Employee friendly company.

Cons

They don't pay well unless you have an existing offer in hand. While joining, the HR promises very good hike but even after performing well (and company doing well in terms of revenue), they don't give good hike. So if you are looking for a good take home, this is not the right place for you. ServiceNow has a combination of matured and startup culture so sometimes there will be too much of work pressure. But that's not a problem; the managers well take care of it.

Pros

1. People are very talented. 2. Highly enthusiastic people.

Cons

1. Apps teams are bugged heavily by customers, always one is in confusion on what to work on between development vs customer ticket. 2. Apps teams, especially managers should come out of the fantasy that world = service now 3. Apps teams are Bound by Platform which is using a technology that is outdated not today but a decade ago. 4. Platform offers a single hammer to solve all the problems (Some solutions offered by the platform are very illogical, it is very obvious to make you laugh). 5. If one customer comes with a request rate of several Thousand ~ millions of requests / minute, mark that is the end day for them to use Service Now. 6. Platform doesn't scale beyond a certain point, as it is bound to MySQL and heavy XML parsing.
