Pros

A really strong CEO and suit of products. The company also does a fantastic job with their Branding and social media engagement. Very high visibility and promise.

Cons

Haphazard with their decision making. Some of their senior managers / executive are very inexperienced in the roles or organisations they have been assigned to lead. This creates a lot of tension as the departments try to mature or innovate.

Cons

Benefits and wellness . High growth, rate of innovation, BU changes is a lot for some people. Not for everyone if you don't like the super fast pace work environments.

Politics here is unreal. Tons of leaders brought in with little to no industry experience and bringing in their own people. Very little growth opportunities and no work life balance.
