      Pros

      I came from a company that said they "valued" culture and their employees and that was never the case. Since starting at ServiceNow they truly do put their employees first. Even as far as inclusion, and enablement/training, every facet you could think. They are dedicated to helping you become more successful and grow as an individual and also give you resources and ability to do so. The people are amazing and I'm excited for my career here.

      Good compensation: Both benefits, as well as salary Amazing manager: They are very involved, and want you to success. My own manager is always available to help, and super communicative Professional company who cares about their customers as well as their employees.

      Cons

      I recently started working for serviceNow. I feel like especially now during Corona-time, it is harder to switch off. You are very motivated to hit targets here, also because it is compensated very well. This makes you work after hours.
