WLB Employee wellness Benefits and Culture Management had a clear vision

Cons

The management wants company to be everything, tick every box, focusing on breadth and forgot about depth. New leaders came from Salesforce, with leader comes with an agenda to prove something. People became numbers and bought so many AI companies by eliminating some roles. Now its not a great company to work for!!

QA job is long gone and merged with Dev but still doing QA tasks everyday but expectation is to do Dev work QA job is a pressure cooker here
