Pros

The solution is very matured and has awareness among enterprise customers. Most customers are happy with the solution and hence feels good to work. The Senior management was approachable when it cam to business. The attractive part was the RSUs, which I understand is dwindling for new employees.

Cons

The culture is extremely bad and is run by the whims and fancy of local management team and their favoritism. It is hire and fire with no explanation given. Infact they build false case and reasoning against you. You are expected to work 18 hours a day and also on weekends. You are looked down upon if you give a personal reason for not being available in late evening.

Pros

Great technology. Great compensation and benefits.

Cons

Cut throat culture. Your position can be eliminated without notice. Some have discovered that they didn't have a job anymore because all of their belongings were in a box in the hall and the new employee was sitting in their desk!
