Abusive environment

Pros

The product is awesome. I can't think of anything else positive, stocks are just ball and chain to keep you there.

Cons

Incompetent and abusive management and directors. For them it is the norm to insult the support engineers on a level where HR in normal companies would have ensured to discipline and/or fire the responsible people. Internal growths is fake, the job is already promised once the opening is published.

Micromanagement to the finest. The group has their favorites. Everyone in that company is ex-PayPal. They all form a gang and bully female employees. If your not in the cult your out. I was asked to share my calendar as was questioned for putting an hour of focus time on my calendar. One hour for the whole week. No appreciation for the work you do. But favorites will be appreciated for no work they do. Be ready to be treated as a slave

Pros

Flexible hours and work from home option, which was nice. Decent salary and new equipment. Large company, so tossing money around was not a problem for them. Growing company.

Cons

Managers and supervisors were inexperienced and simply terrible. Training was severely lacking and new employees are not properly setup to succeed. Worst communication I've ever encountered in a company. Supervisor did not care about the team, only herself. Not once did supervisor give positive feedback, even when you help solve her issues for her or saved them from a major mistake. The culture in Commercial Sales Operations is quite disheartening. You're basically on an island by yourself.
