Pros

The culture while fleeting these days is really great. Folks help each other and collaborate and there is a strong aptitude among most of the team members.

Cons

The company's sales managers and directors are more or less figureheads not really adding any value. There is no performance management happening or growth/mentorship. Leaders are either not capable or are spread too thin to be effective.
