Sales management are totally dashboard and spreadsheet driven - it’s all about being seen to be “in the green.” The strive for numbers often puts the customer last with audits now seemingly the norm

Pros

The leadership (the P5, top 5 in org) are authentic, support inclusiveness, and I think lead us in the right direction.

Cons

Middle management is all about KPIs and getting themselves promoted. Not caring about company, their team, our customers, just themselves. This results in no pushback on ridiculous processes that decrease productivity more and more as we are supposed to use AI to increase productivity.
