Pros

RSU is the only thing which was good in India office

Cons

This is a managers pet company where you are horse with lot of nuts till solution is not scoped, after that your work will be taken and some else will be travelling to convince that its his achievement to show case and with higher management in place those guys who didnt even contributed a single line will teach you about the work you spent around 12-16 hours everyday. And to surprise you more when you question them they will tell you that who told you to write ppt's and documents, literally meaning dont present your work dont log what you do be a pet of your manager in a technology company and stink like them with no ethics. Not sure why they are hiring managers when their are engineers who can self manage, if they dont perform anyhow they will be fired so not sure.why need managers in India where ethics does not exists. Hire a tech architect who can lead with example and keep track of work.

Good tool Technology is used by company no pressure to work nobodys watching technology growing super free snacks and lunch

Cons

No team leading from manager manager always has personal issues no interest in my career only her personal life and her travel. People get boring easy, allow training on other courses. No communication unless you are near manager or hear conversations no devleopment Tech lead is not tech, just longest in team
