- Product is amazing and having the ability to interact with the product makes you feel very engaged. - The benefits are continuing to get better (401k match, parental leave, etc.)

Cons

- LOTS of layers of management - Leadership is a little narcissistic - Teams operate in silos

Growing fast but without pains

Pros

You receive vested stocks once you are onboard, the first lot invests after one year working in the company. Benefits are good. If you are favourite or women in some cases you have chances to grow. They pay bonus.

Cons

Work life balance can be an issue as some managers don’t put employees first, some don’t care you have a personal life outside work. Moving to another area is very difficult as external recruitment is preferred over internal recruitment overall and HR is horrible. Company is changing but is also impacting employee experience within the company with increased bureaucracy, changes in payment of bonus, changes of hours of work and even changes of your payment day.

Pros

• Growth opportunities • Offices are state of the art • Macbook Pros for everyone • Snacks and bi-weekly happy hours

Cons

• Growth opportunities have led to a workplace with too many directors and mangers with overlapping responsivities and not the skillsets necessary. There are many cases where directors have no direct reports since they have been pushed around from team-to-team. • Culture is disappearing quickly. The culture in which everyone feels valued, everyone has a voice, friendly people who are excited be at ServiceNow, teams working with other teams are things of the past. • Business Units work in silos and there is lot’s of overlap and wasted effort. • 4 billion by 2020 doesn’t seem achievable based on the growth patterns discussed in All Hands. • Best talent leaves around 4 years after RSUs vest.
