Pros

The vast majority of employees are smart, driven, and people you'd probably want to be friends with outside work. Even with the cons below factored in, the teams keep each other going and often bond very well. There are always new opportunities within the company and it's easy to change departments or pursue new roles. Benefits package is amazing. Middle management really cares.

Cons

Organizational changes happen quickly and without smooth transitions. It's hard to keep up sometimes, and the impacts of such changes on individual contributors are underestimated. Employees often work extra to compensate for unclear or shifting priorities at the leadership level.

Pros

great sales team and great culture it's competitive in a healthy way, everyone helps out and acts like one TEAM the environment is not political, lots of performers and everyone has been nice and helpful it's fulfilling to sell a product i believe so much in i check back with my clients and they tell me how much better there business is due to the software, there is no better feeling for someone in sales

Cons

a lot of small things pop up because the company is growing so quickly, but i think the company does a very good job of pretty quickly addressing the most important ones

Pros

Diverse workforce. Really friendly people with no (visible) drama. Employee count has almost tripled in the last year. Company is growing and trying to avoid the typical startup pitfalls. Can't speak for everyone but I really like my manager(s). Free catered lunches and snacks are a nice perk. Overall, a place where people work hard in a high stress environment.

Cons

A few questionable spending decisions recently. Sometimes things change on the fly without any warning to the product. Product knowledge is scattered where seasoned or connected employees know more than others. Some process deficiencies are masked with more process. This is typical for startups but hopefully will not an issue as we grow.
