Pros

Great, positive atmosphere, excellent benefits, plenty of room for growth

Cons

there's a ton of enthusiasm and great ideas that occasionally get lost via lack of planning. Some department heads are oddly secretive for no reason, despite the stated goal of collaboration and openness.

While the company handles high-volume HVAC CRM accounts and operates on a massive scale, the sheer volume of clients provides a fast-paced environment where you can quickly gain experience dealing with intense customer service scenarios.

Cons

Extremely complicated system that contradicts standard HVAC CRM logic. Frequent system outages disrupt workflows, and clients are regularly promised unachievable features. The company has a heavily cliquey corporate culture with clear favoritism in promotions, making growth outside specific circles nearly impossible. Heavy micromanagement and massive stress are met with very low pay. Furthermore, leadership lacks transparency, penalizes dissenting views among supervisors, and fails to support any semblance of work-life balance.
