I just completed my first year at Service Titan. It's surreal to think about how much the company has grown, how much we've done, and how much I've grown in just 1 year. Everything happens so quickly here. When I first joined, I was told that the company wants this to be a place where I can "become the best version of myself." Well, I definitely feel like I'm doing my life's best work and having a lot of fun in the process. I appreciate being able to work on things that greatly affect the business and the daily lives of our customers, especially in collaboration with super sharp and supportive coworkers.

The benefits are solid, including stock options and unlimited PTO, though I didn't feel especially encouraged to actually use the time off. The C-suite has a clear vision for where the company is headed. Peers are genuinely good to work with, and there's a shared sense that people want to do well and want each other to succeed. It's a growing company, so the stock could carry real value over the long run if that growth holds.
